Terms and conditions
Prepared from the agreed raffle structure. Wording is to be confirmed before any production raffle.
1. The raffle
Flamboyance Raffle 2026 is conducted by Dress for Success Auckland Incorporated. The net proceeds will support the charitable activities of Dress for Success Auckland Incorporated, helping disadvantaged women towards employment and economic independence through professional attire, support networks and career-development tools.
2. Tickets
300 tickets are available, numbered F001 to F300, at NZ$15 each. Ticket numbers are allocated by the system in sequence from the seller's assigned range. Purchasers cannot choose, reserve or search for particular numbers.
3. In-person sales only
Tickets are sold only by an authorised seller during an in-person interaction. There is no online purchase, remote sale or public self-service entry.
4. Payment and eligibility
Payment is by bank transfer made while the seller is present, using the payment particulars, code and reference supplied by the seller. Ticket numbers are held on allocation but are not eligible for the draw until the transfer has been matched to the society's bank account and verified. Purchasers receive a provisional confirmation at the time of sale and a final confirmation once payment is verified.

6. The draw

The draw takes place on Saturday 26 September 2026, 9.30 pm at Kingsland Social, 462 New North Road, Kingsland, Auckland. Results are published on the flamboyance event webpage, plus direct contact with each winner.
7. Unmatched payments
Where a transfer cannot be matched, the organiser will attempt to contact the purchaser. If the payment remains unresolved the transaction may be cancelled with a recorded reason, and the ticket numbers released while sales remain open.
8. Privacy
Purchaser information is collected and used only to administer the raffle, reconcile payments and contact winners. See the privacy notice.
