What we collect

• Purchaser full name
• Email address for digital ticket confirmations

We do not collect bank login details, card numbers or any other financial credentials. The seller never sees or handles purchaser banking credentials.

How we use it

Solely to administer the raffle, reconcile bank payments against ticket sales, send provisional and final confirmations, and contact winners. Purchaser information is never used for marketing and is never sold or shared for marketing purposes.

Bank payment fields

Bank transfers carry only the particulars FLAMBOYANCE, a code made up of the purchaser's surname and first initial, and the raffle transaction code. Full names and email addresses are never placed in bank payment fields.

Who can see it

Sellers see only their own transactions. The payment verifier sees only the verification queue. Restricted approvers and read-only reviewers cannot see purchaser names or contact details. Email addresses are used only for ticket administration and confirmation delivery.

How long we keep it

Retention is configurable, with a provisional working period of six months after the draw, subject to confirmation. Separate periods apply to purchaser contact details, transaction and ticket records, payment reconciliation records, audit records and confirmation-delivery records. No automatic deletion runs until it has been authorised, logged and tested.

Contact and correction

Purchasers may ask the organiser for a copy of the information held about them, or ask for it to be corrected, by contacting Dress for Success Auckland Incorporated.
